With mine i had to go into the configuration of the router(using the PC) and set the phones MAC address into the settings so it would be recognised everytime hassle free. To find your phones MAC address punch into the phone...*#62209526#

Apologies for jumping in on this thread, but I've been suffering from chronic wifi issues and haven't been able to resolve them despite all the advice on the forum. My first problem is the very unstable connection to our office wifi network - the signal strength shown by the N95 varies between 70% and completely losing the network within the same minute. Is this typical for the N95 or I have a specific unit-related issue ? Second problem - the network runs on WPA security with a pre-shared key. I enter the key when prompted, but the ensuing attempt to start browsing ends with "Unable to connect. Invalid WPA pre-shared key". I have my laptop connected to the same network with the same WPA pre-shared key. Our IT department have given up after fiddling with the phone for two days (I think they just loved playing with it -:). Third problem - my colleague has no problem automatically logging on to the network the moment he walks into the office with his iPhone(), which makes me I have used the N95 successfully on several open public access networks without any problems. Any suggestions ?

Signal strength you should be able to improve Not too sure on the key problems you're having though, sorry :(
