motorola w370/wallpaper not displayed on outside screen

motorola v3/I just sent in my razr (V3c) for service and they sent me back an even more ****ed up refurbished razr. The screen saver doesn't work and the wallpaper on the inside isn't shown on the outside. The front screen stays some nasty brown color with the verizon logo on it. If anyone had this problem or knows some way to fix this let me know cuz im not about to send it to motorola again after it took a month to get back the 1st time.
