Do Samsung read "I Love Samsung?

I have today made my first post after spending probably over 4 hours trawling throught the contents of this forum to make sure that I buy the right kit and several things keep cropping up.
.

1) The Samsung product codes and associated descriptions are too complex and unclear as to what product has what.
2) Samsung do not offer a product comparison function on their site for TVs.
3) the site dose not list all the products that are available for purchase in the UK.

This is madness.

Do they not wish to tap into this (forums) vital source of information and feedback and do they not take note?!!!

Although we are an independant site whos members are Samsung product users, I'd be surprised if companies didn't look at what feedback is being given on consumer forums like these.
